I'll repeat what I said some time ago - Osama declared war on us and we
ignored him.  His associates then proceeded to attack both military (Cole and
Pentagon) and civilian (WTC, embassies) targets.  I would suspect that he
considers the war to still be in progress.  Do we?

Re: "Terrorism" - If we send a cruise missle into Iraq's military
headquarters, is that "an act of terrorism"?  If Osama's men had used an
UNoccupied plane, would the Pentagon attack still be called "an act of
terrorism"?  What if they had somehow obtained their own cruise missle to
launch at the Pentagon?  Still "terrorism"?  Why?
