And that's perfectly all right. This is the real "digital divide" that exists
in the United States that was so clearly exposed in the last election.

I am not condemning Kansans or Mississippians or Idahoans. All I wanted to do
in that last posting was to explain why Kansas is not going to be attractive
to any major high-tech expansions, other than perhaps manufacturing assembly
plants, for many years to come, if this trend continues to exaggerate.
