After reading this article, it is obvious that the First Amendment should be
taken literally.  In every case that Eugene states it is not free speech
that should be enforced, it is the other laws being broken that should.  I
someone makes a death threat or is disturbing the peace, those laws should
be enforced.  Those are not covered by free speech.

As far as special interests and unions, I think that should be covered under
"equal protection under the law".

Liberals have twisted free speech to their benefit for so long that they
forgot what it was all about.  Now that conservatives are using the twisted
law to their benefit, liberals are having a hissy fit.
