I am being told by our site in Melbourne Australia that predrilled paper is
not available in a4 sized paper. That they will have to punch the paper as
it is being printed. That only predrilled paper is available in the states.
This seems strange but would like some confirmation that this is really true
by some other source. Does anyone know about this either in Australia or
other parts of the world working with a4 sized paper?
