she's got bad karma... :-)
this is one of those things where you scratch your head and say uhmmm...
you said you've gotten a lot of suggestions but here goes my two cents:

1). could be user config - try issuing her a new login w/ EXACTLY the same
attributes as the other 'working' logins.
2). could be hardware - i doubt it - but try to ask her to login from a
diff term and request the problematic report.
3). check out the user config - see if she's got space limits on the login
user, maybe the report is too big.
4). check out user udc's - she could be running an entirely diff version !
5). check out auto-logon configs (logon udcs, securcon etc) - see if
there's any entry related to JOB, SESSION specific parameters.

i know my suggs are presented backwards but feel free to do #1 and get it
over with... :-)
