I'd suggest NOT backing up 100 GB a night ... unless 100GB is the amount
of data that actually changes!

You might consider looking at ORBiT's online backup, and doing something
like:

   1) backup 100GB on Sunday.
   2) immediately start an online backup.
   3) on Monday evening, backup just the changed data.
   4) on Tuesday evening, backup just the changed data...
either the data that changed since Monday night, or the data
that changed since Sunday .. depending on your desires and ORBiTs
      capabilities.

Note: I don't know if ORBiT's online backup can do daily incremental
backups from a common full backup point or not ...
but I suspect that if it can't, just asking if they
can might trigger the development of a new feature!

The basic point is: maybe you don't have to backup 100GB a day after all!

(For some questions, which have a list of possible answers, the best answer
is sometimes "none of the above ... this was one of those questions.)
