The compatibility-mode compiler is called RPG. The native-mode compiler
is called RPGXLC. The latter is accessed via RPGXL, RPGXLLK and RPGXLGO
commands.
The compiler is a purchasable option, so if you didn't purchase it, you
won't find it on your machine.
