More nostalgia, but this is only because the :CONSOLE command won't
let you. It may have good reason, but (on MPE V) I've moved the
console to NS/3000 and WIN/TCP Telnet pseudo-terminals by setting
sysglob+%74 to the pseudo-terminal ldev number, and observed that MPE
moved it back to ldev 20 when I logged out and the pseudo-terminal was
closed. And no, I don't think control-A worked on the pseudo-terminal
console.
