Shawn,
Why use Oracle's Designer/2000 when looking at VB? VB5 (and soon, VB6) will
perform as good, if not better, than most of the Oracle tools - at least in
the C/S environment.
Oracle drivers come with VB, and they can be downloaded from Oracle's site,
I believe, free of charge. Using Oracle's tools add quite a bit of overhead
from what I hear (from multiple sources) and VB can usually top that.
Just my US$0.02 worth,
Joe
