As of yesterday (it was ok before that), we stopped getting messages 'Volume
mounted on LDEV 7' when we insert a tape into our DDS2 tape drive.  The DDS2
tape drive is brand new and we got it about 2 weeks ago. Are there any
suggestions before I should change the tape drive again?  I tried to clean the tape
drive couple of times (one after another), I went to SYSGEN and hold/keep IO,
restarted the system after that and still no good.

Any help or suggestions will be appreciated.
