As of our last SIGWeb meeting at HPWorld, yes - RSA's encryption is being
legally ported over to MPE, and yes, Monterrey Software is doing the work.

The gotcha here is that users will need to get a license from RSA to use this
on their HP3000's.  There were not many details on this part of it, more
information will be forthcoming.
