Interesting side note: using Jeff's measurements to calculate the
relative performance of MPE/iX and "Classic" systems, you get values
for the Classics that are very close to 1/3 those reported by HP.

Comparing the 42 to the 58, or the 950 to the 960, you get the same
relative value HP reports; but, if you compare the 950 to the 42 and
58, or the 960 to the 42 and 58, you find that HP's relative values
are off by a factor of 3.

Interesting.  I wonder what happens if you run the benchmark in
Compatibility Mode?
