Adager, Bradmark and OpenSeas are all offering some sort of
promotion to encourage DB Change customers to move to their products.

This is the first time that HP and 3rd parties team up and help
migrate customers to alternative products on discontinuance notice
of a software product. The promotions of the 3rd parties were
included in the HP discontinuance letters that went out to
customers on support.

The timely communication and joint ISV/HP efforts demonstrates
the commitment from key ISV's and HP to continue to offer best
in class solutions on the HP e3000.

Please note that DB Change is still available and orderable
until June 1st, 2000. Support for DB Change by will continue
until December 1st, 2001. This allows customers to evaluate the
3rd party alternatives and make the right choice for their
Image database applications.

  Adrian, CSY
