Donna,
Here are a few ideas:
- INETD is running? (sorry, had to ask the obvious)
- telnet and ftp are configured in INETDCNF.NET.SYS?
- Is there an allow/disallow directive in /var/adm/inetd.sec?
- Run SOCKINFO.NET.SYS and enter "c" to view all of the ports the system is
listening on.
