We had an IMAGE logging problem today and ended up having to reboot the
system.

When we tried to open the database, we got the following:
Can't open DBMASS; LOCK CON = 000110.00
Turbo Image at ???????; Return Status = -110
DBOPEN, Mode 1, on DBMASS
Openlog returned Error number 6 to DBOPEN
Hex dump of status array follows:
ff92 0006 0000 77fc 0000 0191 4163 9ee8 0001 0000
End of Program

We tried every which way to fix this problem. We looked at DBUtil and
the database was enabled for access and logging. No users showed.
However, we were unable to start, stop, or restart logging. We kept
getting the message that someone had this database tied up. When we did
a showlogstatus, it showed that one user was signed on to that logID,
but for the life of us we couldn't figure out who it was. Our only clue
was that when we did a listf on the root file of the database, it would
sometimes show an asterisk and sometimes not.

Does anyone have any CLUE as to why we couldn't get access to this
database?? By the way, we had plenty of free space on the disks. Also,
we are on a 949 running 5.0 patch level c.50.05 p2 And it was only
this one logID that had the problem.

My only guess is that we had a program out there constantly beating at
the database, trying to open it up, and we were always second in line.
