New system setup questions

Setup of new 939 going well(replacing a 947).

A few questions:

1) What's the name of that Auto-execute file that you need to have
a system come up and not stop at the ISL prompt?
Can't remember it for the life of me.

2) What's the trick(s) to get FTP to run under the inetd job?
I've always run it as a separate job, but would like to consolidate
now, and, is this a good idea??
