Can we push for that to be something more along the lines "CSY facilitate
transfer of MPE to some other entity" as it is not yet clear that OpenMPE is
the ideal future for the OS?  As delighted as I would be to get my hands on
the code, there may yet be a "closed" model which would provide a significantly
better future for MPE.
