"The Plan", of course, is to be completely off the HP by the time HP stops support. "The Reality (tm)" is that "The Plan" this is unlikely to be complete in time, so my boss is curious as to who other than HP provides "support" once HP drops the ball in 2006. I know a couple off the top of my head, but I'm sure if that is all I go by, I'll miss one or two :)

So... please let me know who you are, how I can reach you, and what type of "support" you provide. For reference, our division basically maintains two HP's [a 979-400 and a 988 at least, but I've heard a rumor about a "hot spare" floating around...] and I know there are other divisions who may or may not be interested in this information as well [any "volume discount" for more machines?]

The rest of you are welcome to send your evaluation or comments, good or bad, of vendors you've worked with in the past.

Thanks in advance
