We have a couple of 2934 printers that are experiencing the same
problem: The ribbon somehow gets "caught" and ends up wrapping
itself around the paper feed rollers (they hold the paper against
the platen). We've tried changing the ribbons (multiple times in
the same day) and adjusting the print head's clearance to the
paper...all to no avail. BTW we use only HP ribbons.

Is this problem repairable? Third-parties are welcome to
respond as we would like to keep these printers for a while.
