We use a product from Excellink on all the series 3's and 4's
connected to our 3000.  One of the advantages of these connections
is that they have multiple serial ports _AND_ a parallel port, so
you can connect your printer to the 3K and to a PC!

      JC/MIO3000-2 at $349. a piece (in October, 1994).
