Subject: Re: Need input on Solution Symposium talk

(I won't be attending the Symposium)
But as a training session, I would hope for these items

1. how to setup/configure INETD, FTP, TELNET
        files: network: PROTOCOL, SERVICES
                inetd: INETDCNF, INETDSEC
                ftp: BLDPARMS, NETRC

2. FTP how to with demos of
        HP3000 to HP3000
        HP3000 to HP9000
        HP3000 to MAC
        HP3000 to NT
        HP3000 to Win98
Include JOB file, NMPRG file, SPOOLFILE.
Sample of site command to stream a job through ftp.
Short description and demo of current topic: ascii/binary/tenex/type
L 8
get a patch from HP and restore it

3. TELNET how to with demos of
        TELNET from HP3000
        TELNET to HP3000

4. Mention other services of INETD and maybe demos of
        ECHO, DAYTIME, TIME, DISCARD, CHARGEN

If training includes other services like BOOTP, TFTP
   same type of coverage.
