I am trying to purge a database in a test account. The user and account have
SM capability (I even gave it PM.) The user is also the CREATOR. I get the
an error message CIERR 384, which means it is either in use or the user does
not have sufficient capabilities. The database is not in use and I don't
know what other capabilities to use. If anyone can help me I would
appreciate it very much.
