The letter we got came with the standard mailing label that all the
official materials related to support contracts typically have.  Thus
I would say that support contract holders *are* receiving this
information directly.  Our letter showed up a few days ago, but we're
probably pretty close to where they got sent from :-)

This is just a case where the net is getting you the information quicker
that the "official" support channel ever could (as long as it's based on
snail-mail notification anyway).
