I have used both MiniSoft and WRQ.  MiniSoft was awkward to use, at first.  I
had several projects dumped in my lap and I became frustrated trying to use
their product.
I prefer WRQ because of the scripting capabilities, ease of use, and the GREAT
support help.  Yes it has more bells and whistles than you can use.  But as I
became more familiar with WRQ I found myself using more of the bells and
whistles because using them freed up more of my time for other demanding
responsibilities.
