I have to agree with this one as well - Mighty Max is excellent.
I'll be seeing him on Tuesday, along with guitar-playing songwriter
friend of his. And the Big Man.

p.s. another truly great drummer that most people probably haven't
heard of is Hal Blaine - session drummer for a long time on many
hit records.
