It seems that HP's "strategic OS's" of Linux, HP-UX, and Windows
really *does* include MPE!  At least, according to

   http://www.hp.com/products1/softwareproducts/

In the block next to the bottom, there are three drop-down
selection boxes, under three separate pairs of headings.
The second pair reads:

   linux operating system

   mpe/ix linux operating system

So you see, we *have* been included all along!
