For those questions which you can't seem to get answered in the doc etc, I'd
try Experts Exchange:  www.experts-exchange.com .  They have forums
monitored by self-determined experts in a wide variety of technologies (no
COBOL or MPE :( though).  I've had great luck getting questions answered
there.  Also, for Access and other MS products, I rely heavily on the MSDN
DVD (which can be shared throughout your company).
