Although I have a call to the Response Center, I wanted to check with you folks about the implications on reducing our license for B3524A option UCN, IMAGE/SQL License for all 9xx Servers.

We use TurboImage, but I believe that we do not use IMAGE/SQL. We currently don't use JDBC, which I think may be connected to IMAGE/SQL.

The thing I want to be sure of is, if we reduce our 160 licenses to, say 10 (just for my play time on the HP e3000), is there going to be any down side? What would be a reasonable license count for using it, including any access through our Apache Web Server? How many licenses would count for the Apache Server?

We have ODBC from M.B. Foster, and that works well for our applications (thanks, Birket!). Do we even need Image/SQL if we use their product?

Any comments / information would be welcome.
