It all depends on your geographic location.

Some States would only pay about $40K max for programming skills, no matter
how "good" the programmer thinks he/she is (or even may be).

I once interviewed with a company up in Oregon and they were only offering
a miserable $30K...

Another mid-west company offered me no more than $40K...

However, I think about $65k-$75K is fair for the skill set she has.

Of course, you can always "outsource" overseas and pay some Indian joker
minimum wage to do the job for you....

In my book "Outsource" is just a euphemism for "stealing jobs
from home grown talent"...

You only get what you pay for.... (most of the time)

You can buy a Yugo or a Lexus, your choice....
