Hi everyone,

Here at TIW we are running one s/70 with 16Mb memory and 3Gb of disc. We have 144 databases and
117 users spread across 10 production accounts.
<hum I wonder if Oracle would need more than 16Mb of RAM to do that :-) >

Anyway, We are in the process of Upgrading to a s/969. We don t have downtime and don t plan on
starting now. For various reasons we need to migrate to the new 969 app by app.

I need some help from a CI programmer specialist! <Jeff?> Ya see our printers are going to be the
last thing to move to the new system. So I need a temporary solution to the problem of spoolfiles
on the new systems. Maybe a command file that would run in background BATCH. The job would run as
manager.sys and periodically check for READY spoolfile on specific list of spooled devices and
copy them to the same spooled device on the other box using remote login and a fileeq. I know
this can be done... but I m lacking the CI expertise.<always been on a s/70>..can anyone point me
in the right direction.

Thanks in advance,

TIW Corporation
