 -- is this a program you wrote yourself, or a third party program?

I already suspected the problem but just to make sure (second opinion) before I
pass my test results to the third party (blaming them for non-working program).
 -- is this a business or a school environment?  In either case, is it a
database you are "supposed" to be modifying?
