What do you mean by this? Replacing the box or just processors in an
existing box?
The first is possible for a HP9000, I am unsure about a HPe3000 as I have
doubts about the existance of an MPE/iX version for Itanium 2. You may need
an upgrade of your software or a recompilation to be able to use all
features of Itanium 2 processors.
Replacing a systemboard with PA-Risc processors with a Itanium 2 systemboard
in older PA-Risc machines is impossible IMHO. For new models I do not know.
