Hello Friends:
Before I head back to work on the next issue of the 3000 NewsWire, I
thought I might comment on one bit of reporting from Denys, who said

That hasn't been the case yet here in the state's capital. I long for
the lower rates that the deregulation proponents promise, but the
independent electric market hasn't spread everywhere across Texas
yet. In the Houston area where Denys resides, I understand that you
can pick your supplier. Maybe it's the proximity to the former Enron
empire's headquarters that made the choice appear so quickly for
Houstonians.
