I think it's a great idea...only the problem you might face is this may
depend on
location..... If in McCormick (as most other similar venues) they have strick
regulations about catering and as such, don't allow outside food/drink,
especially
when it relates to alcohol.   Perhaps the gathering can move to the Hilton
where
the HPWorld Party will be anyway.... although same issue would occur in any
of their meeting rooms I suspect...so would have to take place in a suite...
