Transfer PKZIPed files to PC for Unzip

Installed the following version of PKZIP on the HP3000.

Copyright (C) 1990-1996 Mark Adler, Richard B. Wales, Jean-loup Gailly
Onno van der Linden and Kai Uwe Rommel. Type 'zip -L' for the software
License.
Zip 2.1 (April 27th 1996).

It successfully zips a file and stores it as a Bitstream (BA) type file.
How do I download this file using WRQ Reflection to a pc so it can be
UnZipped with a WinZip or PKUnZip program?

I downloaded (binary) it but when upzipped there were no line breaks.  The
original file can be texted with an editor and displayed properly on the
screen.

What am I missing here?
