In efforts to retire Fastcomm 9600 modems attached to our HP3000, we're
testing a USR Courier v.everything. We have app'x 60 customers who connect
via modem to our HP3000. All customers--but one--are able to connect, sign
in and disconnect gracefully.

I used information gained from this list to setup the Courier. Thanks.
Since it's good for all, but one....I'm leary of making changes.

The modem used by the customer having trouble is a Xircom 16-bit modem 56
global access in a Toshiba Satelite. Their problem is the same one
experienced by other customers before I got the settings on the Courier
straightened out (e.g., connect , but no MPE prompt). Is there an
incompatibility issue here that goes beyond the AT command set and dip
switches?

Thanks in advance.
