Hi!

We have in our network a DTC 2340A wich is functioning (the users connected
thru this DTC can work without problems) but (when the DTC is on) we have
the following problem:
the sistem (HP 3000 s937 with MPE/iX 5.5) becomes very loaded and responds
at any comand with delay.
We also observed(with Glance)that when the DTC is on they are two new
processes, P33 and P38, regardless the hour or the number of users at that
time.

In GLANCE:

P33  SYS MANAGER.SYS  33  A 13  1,9%  0.0  0 0.0 MSG
P38  SYS MANAGER.SYS  38  A 13  15,7% 34.9 0 0.0 MSG

In conclusion this processes are using too much of the system resurces.

We tried to move the DTC in another location in network, but is the same
thing.
We also tested the DTC with TermDSM program and everything seems to be OK.
We also checked the configuration of all the DTC and is OK.
I also must say that we have in our network another 3 DTCs like this and
they are working without problems.

How can you help me? Some ideas. What is with this two new processes P33 and
P38? Maybe must I change the queue priority (A 13) to this?
