There is no short answer. What you need to do is determine what your job is
doing and write a script that does the same thing. Some MPE/CI commands are
directly translatable to Unix and some are not. Which shell flavor you use
in your script will also effect what commands are readily available. The
good folks at Robelle wrote a paper called HP-UX for MPE
