We curently have Minisoft's ODBC driver, and while its use of TPI is not all
I would wish it to be, it does provide excellent speed for retrievals. It
also accesses ksam, flat files and self-describing files ( like Powerhouse
subfiles ) through the use of schema files you create using its schema
editor.

And it has an extremely low price!

Definitely worth taking a look at.

I believe ODBC/32 from minisoft does not require to connect IMAGE/SQL at
all.
My understand, It interprets SQL/ODBC call to own IMAGE call,
and connect IMAGE database directly not by DBE.

I do not have performance comparison chart between ODBC vendors.
But, Perhaps you will see performance gain for not using HP IMAGE/SQL
DBE connection.
