I don't know about Reflection 4.1, I faced a similar problem in ver 4.2.
According to the HELP/Reflection Manual, you need version 3.0 or above of
PCLINK2 to use the new "Posix" features of Reflection 4.2. PCLINK2 ver 2.69 is
the CM version. Since the uploadhp.rcl script was failing to transfer the
newer version of PCLINK2.PUB, I used from the command window:
SEND <pcfile> TO <mpefile>;L BINARY
you can try this; or upgrade your Reflection software.
