I haven't coded in PH is several years, but I recall that there are keywords on
the footing lines such as TOTAL.  I believe there is a PERCENTAGE (or something
like this) for the footing line.  I remember the TOTAL, MINIMUM, and MAXIMUM
keywords for sure, but my memory on PERCENTAGE is only about 90% :) sure.
