They'll shoot the wife of the spammer while she stands in the doorway,
holding her infant daugheter in her arms?

Geez, I think I'd rather just hit the delete key, myself.

(I bet the cost of the this government "benefit" exceeds the combined cost of
all spam ever sent quite soon.)
