I think you *should* be able to use this drive on a 5.5 box. The better
question is will the system recognize all 18gb? I'd say -- give it a go and
see what happens. Of course, don't hold your breath about making it ldev 1.
While it should work, you'll only see the 1st 4gb...which seems a bit
wasteful to me. - d
