Hi Sam,
   Ok, I use two (well one... the other died a horrible death! heheh) Epson DFX
5000's on my 957... They were a B****h to install and get working!!!

I used a printer type that does not support talking to the HP ...this means that
occasionally these printer suffer from buffer overflows but this happens very
rarely...

The printer type is PR18M96F which we set up here as I recall... been awhile :)
See below for the info :) The wiring was just 3 wires... um... 2,3 and 7 I
think????

Hope this helps.... I will try and get a look at the wiring we used later today
