Since you're using a CSLT from your production machine my guess is the
primary boot path may not the same on the other machine. (Different
strokes for different machines.)

If you are NOT concerned what is on this other machine, after you loaded
ISL from tape you can now type INSTALL and let it decide what boot path it
wants. (Install usually will install the one of the hard disc it finds.
There is some HP logic deciding which disc but I don't know what it is.)

Otherwise if you do want to recover what was on the old machine:

Boot from tape as Keven says (seems you did).

RUN ODE

Then

RUN MAPPER

(or MAPPER2 depending on your version, not sure if the word RUN is
required.)

Anyway once MAPPER finds the disc paths do a

PRI

then change the path to one of the paths MAPPER found.

Presuming you have more than one hard disk keep, trying to boot from
different disc paths from the above MAPPER until you get lucky and it
boots. Hopefully this machine's disc cables were not disassembled and put
back together any old way.
