We used memory for Kingston.com in the A400 we got last year.  It was about
$400/GB.  It works fine.  You should have no problem with Crucial either.

Has anyone used memory from crucial.com in an A400? Their site lists
memory for the 9000 A400 and since it's the same hardware it should
work.
