Hmph. As one who has "owned" both tactical and strategic nuclear weapons

(not personally owned, of course--at least not that I'll admit--but in

the sense of being in charge of the storage, launch equipment, release

mechanisms, etc.) I can assure you that at no time was Gen. Butler--or

any other zoomie--responsible for the use and release of "all" US

strategic nuclear weapons.
