You might try the software section on jazz.external.hp.com in the BSD ports;
I know rsh (remsh) has been ported but not necessarily tested thoroughly.
If rcmd is there that might be a more direct solution.  The client ends of
most of the 'r'-services are available (but no servers that I'm aware of).
