I have always sung the praises of DELL, having recommended them to
everyone I know and in fact, receiving a new DELL system yesterday for
my daughter for Christmas. But I am frustrated that my husband's DELL
is an absolute LEMON (although under extended warrenty). It has had
every component replaced two to three times. I has reached a crescendo
during the last three months as it has been virtually unusable. The
technicians at DELL are very patient and helpful, but I believe that
there should be a computer LEMON law. I have just ended a phone
conversation with a DELL "supervisor" (Brad) who told me that the name
and phone numbers/email addresses of any DELL personnel (John/Nancy)
who could help, cannot be released and they will only return phone calls
if they want to. Could I please call upon you, wonderful Internet
people, to get the name/phone number/email address of someone capable of
solving my problem.

Thanks in advance
Sandy Matthew
