I'm glad to see someone from HP re-affirm this little detail....
 
A little history comes to mind here:  At Interex-Boston 1990,
amid the lively "discussions" that swirled around the
temporary unbundling of Image at that time, at the HP
Management Roundtable that year the question was
asked:  "Does Image come on the FOS tape or on the
SUBSYS tape ?".
 
After what I recall was noticeable pause, the answer came
back:  "Image is on the FOS tape".  Yea, verily.......       ;-)
